SUBJECT: 5A Football AIA Proposals

WHAT TO DO: 1A - 4A head coaches send your votes to Arizona Football Coaches Association

DUE DATE: 12:00 pm Friday December 4, 2009

WHY: The 5A Advisory Council is presenting three proposals on December 10, 2009 to the AIA. We (the AzFCA) want all division to adopt the proposals or at least get your vote. I will submit all votes to the AIA prior to the meeting.

IMPORTANT: A non-response will be counted as a "no" by the AIA and greatly reduce our chances of passing any proposals.

QUESTIONS: Please do not submit questions. We do not have time to clarify the proposals. Summaries of the proposals are noted below. I have placed the full proposals and reasoning's online at www.azfca.com. If you do not feel comfortable with the main points of a proposal, simply vote "no" and we can discuss them on December 13, 2009.
