The AzFCA requests athletes be sponsored (parents, team, company, alumni group, school, ect.) in the program. All proceeds are used to develop the all star festival. The cost is:

• Half Page Ad $100
• Full Page Ad $200

All players (sponsored/non-sponsored) will be featured with his bio and photo on one page of the program with other team members. However, should you wish to be featured on a half page or full page ad, the AzFCA has provided you three options in which you can submit your information to us (Sponsored Ad 1, Sponsored Ad 2, or Sponsored Ad 3). This section describes only Option No. 3 (Sponsored Ad 3).

How to submit bios for sponsored athletes:

Option No. 3 (Sponsored Ad 3): You Create a half or full page ad including logos, photos, and text (JPEG, GIF, or WORD only). The design will be placed in the program as submitted by you or your athlete. To view an example, click HERE.

1. Submit your designed half of full page ad electronically by attaching the photos to the email below. Make sure you include the athlete's' name, high school, and sport in the body of the email. Design size: Full Page 8.0" x 5.0" / Half Page: 4.0" x 5.0"
• If you cannot submit a digital or scanned design online, we ask that you send your design (disk or hard copy) along with your payment via mail. Please include the athlete's name, high school, and sport.
2. Mail the $100 payment (or $200 for full)
3. All bios, photos, and logos must be submitted online by June 10, 2011
